Meditating on Gods peace today. Sometimes im overwhelmed with anxiety, i look at myself and wonder how i got so messed up, and there are doubts that linger. Meditating on peace is good, praise the Lord.

When others hurt us then we are blessed if we choose to respond properly. We must not say unkind things in anger, but instead allow ourselves to feel the hurt, and then go to God with it. Then we are blessed with peace.

It feels so good to be at peace. Praise the Lord. May He help me one day at a time, and may i never stop seeking Him one day at a time. Lord help me.
