  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

He's not.

The charge of "racism" is the latest scarlet letter, so to speak. It's a red/scarlet "R" that can be plastered on anyone to shut them up, shut them down, or render them indefensible and thus sub-human, and not worthy of legal rights or protection. It's nothing new. There's always been those "badges" plastered on whole groups of people, just as the yellow stars were forced on the Jews in order to identify who was deemed sub-human, with no legal protections, and how an entire society developed a hatred for the yellow star-wear-ers. Same with the red/scarlet letter "R".

“Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it." ~George Santayana

What a sick comparison. Is anybody rounding up the KKK and Nazis and exterminating them? Is there a Government policy to eradicate the lives of all the poor racists?

Yeah, I know. But if Trump stays, doesn't bring the jobs, and the Democrats run anybody who isn't as dislikable as Hillary, I think Trump is done.

Could it be?

Also something of note: The idea to give Jews those badges didn't originate with the Nazis. It originated with Christian nations in the Middle ages.

Read the quote again.

How does anything, including the "yellow stars" and consequently the Holocaust START?

Come on, you can do better than that.

He was racist in the womb.
He was a Nazi zygote.

Can confirm, I've seen the original sonogram, he was doing the Nazi salute even then.

How was Israel "hung out to dry"?

Now, now...Mr. Obama's state department did send $350,000 US taxpayer contribution to campaign against Natanyahu. The opposition even hired the Obama campaign's consulting firm. So he has contributed to Israel, in a sense.

If somebody refers to themselves as a white supremacist or a Nazi or a Klan member, then they are a racist. That is the basis of their distorted thinking.

I would agree. If someone self identifies with one of these categories then I would have no problem calling them a racist. Has Trump or someone in his administration done so?

So far no serious evidence has been put forth. Anyone have a piece that's worthy of consideration?
Like what? How about you give us a clear idea of what you'd accept as "serious" evidence?

It doesn't matter what idiots think as long as they obey the law . Anyone breaks the law deserves to be corrected with fines or jail, even death penalty .

Quoted for future reference.
