So...while yes my point is true, you just don't like it and that makes her a criminal?
Perhaps you are incapable of understanding.
Hillary violated 11 federal laws for which anyone else would have been prosecuted. They are:

  1. U.S. Code § 798 – Disclosure of classified information
  2. U.S. Code § 1031 — Major fraud against the United States
  3. U.S. Code § 371Conspiracy to commit a federal offense
  4. U.S. Code § 1924 – Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material
  5. U.S. Code § 2071(b) — Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally
  6. U.S. Code § 1346 — Definition of “scheme or artifice to defraud”
  7. U.S. Code § 641 – Public money, property or records
  8. U.S. Code § 1343 – Fraud by wire, radio or television
  9. U.S. Code § 1505 – Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees
  10. U.S. Code § 1519 — Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations
  11. 18 U.S. Code § 793 — Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information
Because we are no longer a nation where the law applies equally to the rich and to the poor, she was not prosecuted and was allowed to run for our nation's highest office. However, the statute of limitations has NOT run out and she could be arrested at any time. If the rule of law means anything, this will happen.

It is not false.
Geographically, most of the country is conservative.
The point was more Americans live in cities and urban areas than in rural ones. We have the people, we just gotta move them into the right states for their votes to matter.

Or eliminate the ones we don't want around, as per our secret Illuminati-backed plan.

Wait, did I say that out loud...

Then I guess the rule of law doesn't mean anything to Trump because he called the Clintons "good people" and said he won't prosecute.

He also said he has "a lot of respect for those two people" speaking of Bill and Hillary at his inauguration and led a standing ovation for them.

Sure doesn't sound like he's ready to throw them in jail.

The Electoral College worked as intended. It was started to keep concentrated pockets of one ideology from controlling the entire country, in this case pockets of liberals.

Here's the final 2016 Electoral College map

No, it was implemented because the founders figured most people were to ignorant to vote correctly and it was a compromise to give more power to the slave states.

He's kinda busy right now trying to convince people he didn't work with the Russians, but he promises to get back to you once that's cleared up.
Keep telling the lie and eventually you'll believe it.

That's why we have the electoral college and a republic; because a true democracy is mob rule.

Isn't it sad how even the well meaning people can get polluted by the washington DC sewage so rapidly? If Clinton walks I will NOT vote to re-elect Trump.

So your point is: you think she should be on trial but she wasn't. Sorry, according to the law I think that means she isn't actually a criminal.
tulc(thinks your opinion of her guilt or innocence is still just that: opinion) :sorry:

What were the smaller states when the country was founded?
The five states with the lowest populations were:
9. New Jersey 117,431
10. Rhode Island 58,196
11. New Hampshire 62,396
12. Delaware 35,496
13. Georgia 23,375

So only one of them was a southern state.
Some day you might be right about something, but not today.

The law applies to everyone or it applies to no one.
You believe Hillary should be above the law. I get that. In a perfect world you would lose your voting rights for your obvious disdain for the Constitution. Fortunately you are in a thin minority of people who worship the Clinton crime family.

Much better to have a handful of farmers telling hundreds of millions of people how to run their lives.....

That's just it. The government has not right to tell ANYONE how to live their lives. The Constitution was written to keep government from having that kind of power.

Was that before or after the slaves were counted? It would not happen to be afterwords would it? Because that would mean that the slave states had a large amount of electoral votes based on the number of their slaves but concentrated to the voting population of white land owners in the state.

wow...an answer considered so true, it's posted twice! :D
I might point out that the only person who doesn't seem to care for the Constitution would be the one who dislikes the 6th Amendment:
6th Amendment
This Amendment is present in all trials or court cases in America. The 6th Amendment in the American Constitution guarantees an individual the right to a fair, speedy, and public trial. The 6th Amendment also enables an individual to have legal assistance, regardless of the charge, and the right to confront adverse witnesses and notice of accusations. These rights are given to all men or women under trial for any sort of wrongdoing. They establish the “innocent until proven guilty” mantra that is present in the United States legal system. (emp. added)
found here: Bill Of Rights Amendments - constitution | Laws.com
tulc(notices how much Republicans/conservatives really seem to want to take peoples right to vote away...which also seems pretty anti Constitution)
