No offense, brother or sister, but we have to stop blaming God for our actions. As "little gods," we have to stand on our own faults. People allegedly elected Trump - just like people play and determine the outcome football game.
Nothing, however, happens without God's permission, but that doesn't implicate Him in passively creating and appointing human ideas of exceptionalism.
But, even if God did put Trump in office, that by no means means that God put him in office as a blessing, or good thing. In fact, usually when God appoints a leader in office, it is a judgment on Israel - or, in this case the Church (who doesn't know their identity.)
We know the type of people God would put in office; He has already told us what kind of men rich people are - and how "close" to heaven they are.
To say God put Donald Trump into office solely, or even partly for good is also highly unverified: both from a prophetic and spiritual conviction point. It just isn't right, or fair, to God.
