I was a gov't contractor with a TS clearance. I was told that if I left a classified document on my desk and left the room that I could be thrown in jail. There are laws for us peons and different laws for those in power. The "golden rule" strikes again.

The executive branch creates laws by executive order. The judicial branch creates laws by "interpreting" the Constitution. The legislative branch is supposed to create laws, but they're busy investigating everyone else.

Perhaps but also reminding the poster of the law and their responsibilities. There are also training requirements for military, civilian and contractor personnel twice a year. The training lasts 3 hours and you must do it interactively on line and then a briefing by the security manager. In the twice a year training modules include espionage, classified material handling and safeguarding; and the various Federal statutes regulating handling of classified materials.

The "I did not know" excuse is a lie. Unless Hillary never did the training and never filled out the forms saying she did. If that is the case then at the very least the DoS security manager and staff should be under charges for falsifying documents.

To have the evidence to make a criminal case, would have required intent.

This just shows what i have always thought about clinton; she doesnt think the normal rules apply and it is beneath her to follow them.
