I think that's rather rich coming from a Catholic.

The Book of Genesis is largely based on the Babylonian Epic of Gilgamesh. The idea that creationism should be taught in public schools alongside evolution based on a plagiarized myth is cuckoo for cocoa puffs.

What evidence does the OP have that it is not the other way around, that Babylon copied the story and polluted it?

The OP says Moses (or whoever he is claiming wrote Genesis) copied the idea of Genesis from the Babylonians, but I'd think that Babylon copied the story from Noah himself (since Babylon was formed by Nimrod, who was a grandson of Noah).
