I agree! I am going to say for the Dems, it will be Clinton. For the Repubs, it will be Trump. I am Moderate Democrat, but I will not be voting Democrat in 2016.

Watch out for Rubio.

Trump has a better chance than Carson, but the amount of people that really can't stand Trump, will eventually hurt him.

Sadly, I think your right. And as a Democrat myself, you'd think I'm okay with a Dem winning. But I'm not. As a country we moved to far left, I think we need to move back towards the middle. And I will stop there.

Sure, here's just one. And I think it will suffice. We have become a Political Correct country, whereas we can no longer use the phrase, " lets agree to disagree. " Example: If I am on an opposite side of an argument or a narrative, I will be negatively labeled. Rather than having my opinion, respected, it is demonized. I don't support SSM, but who am I to stop it? And who am I to judge. If two individuals of the same sex want to get married, that's none of my business. But! Because I said I don't support it, I offended someone. And therefor the PC Police will call me a Bigot and a few other not so true things. When in fact, I don't hate homosexual. But of course, in this Political Correctness country of ours. It's to their advantage to play the victim in order to help push their agenda. What, I'm not allow to have my own views on the matter? I just like seeing people having to walk on egg shells because they are afraid of saying or doing something that may offend someone. I think the voter Houston sent a powerful message to the PC Elite and the Progressives, that enough is enough. We' re not going to allow Transgender people into the restrooms opposite of their biological birth make up. Another words no men in a woman's restroom just because he identifies himself as a woman.

How would you recommend, that politicians work to assure some don't think you are a bigot, because you don't believe in same sex marriage?

And by the way, I fully support anyone's views of being against same sex marriage or being for it. Since others making those decisions, has absolutely zero negative impact on my life.

Yeah Bush did not use the military without getting authorization from Congress. Obama has used air strikes in Libya, Egypt, and Syria. Obama has sanctioned the assassination of US Citizens without trial, a clear violation of the Constitution.

So the comparison of Bush to Obama in this arena shows Obama failing much much more.

So much wrong with the article posted... West Point story...Cheney at the Politico where the story originated admitted it was a fabricated hit piece. Being offered a scholarship or appointment at West Point is not the same as applying to West Point. DUH.
The stabbing? Really...just because no one will come forward and Dr. Carson is not going to name names? Not his place to put whomever it was into a media spotlight. And if no police record was ever filed then good luck...guess you will have to wait until that person comes forward. Until then...you ever grow up in an inner city? It is not an easy life and the idea of potentially threatening another kid or having a fight with them, even with a knife, is not that uncommon...specially Detroit. So another non-story.

They railed that "Trump has filed bankruptcy 4 times" and that is not the case...he has never filed for bankruptcy. And his companies were all separate entities, they were not sole proprietorship organizations, they were incorporated entities with board members and everything.

Point being...quit believing everything the media (liberal or otherwise) is throwing out there. Investigate for yourself through many sources. I recently saw a thing on Bernie Sanders saying he has missed next to zero votes in Congress since starting his campaign...while this sounds great...a quick search finds out that he is trending upwards and currently at missing over 12% of the votes...so it was again a story that was not entirely true.

Not a matter of moving the goal posts. If you were 18 and someone from the Army told you that they could get you into West Point for free, or even referred things like being the top candidate in the city, good grades, etc etc is a shoe in for acceptance into the Academy with a full ride...Kinda is an unofficial offer wouldn't you agree? Maybe you have never been approached by recruiters, did time in the ROTC or even knew people that were in ROTC. Recruiters are worse than used car salesmen because in reality they cannot be charged with anything...you still have to apply, or go to the recruiting station, go through the lines, read the paperwork...if you signed up after all of that, then it is on you. So because someone told him he could have a free ride in West Point when he was in high school...yeah to an inner city kid that is an offer of a full scholarship. And it has been proven that even West Point has used terminology of "full scholarship" in their advertisements. By "official" offer I refer to something in writing which is what you would get if ANY school was to make you an offer to attend, because sometimes schools will attempt to recruit people and not wait for them to apply.

Again you may not have a lot of experience in dealing with recruiters...who cares if the recruiter stated the obvious but made it sound like a perk...people do that all the time when it comes to sales. My recruiter tried to sell me on a bed and 3 square meals a day...I told him I could get that in prison too...so what? He of course responded that in the Navy I would get paid for it.

Not my argument. Just stating what is apparent in the media...even you said "meh" in reference to the story...it is a non-story. But the media wants to hound him about it and make it some sort of an issue.

First 3 debates "Mr. Trump you have filed for bankruptcy 4 times" has been the line of questioning...and he has corrected them each time. Donald Trump has never filed for personal bankruptcy. He has been involved in 4 bankruptcies in the past that have been involved with his company. Again my point in bringing this up was not to say that I support Trump or want him as President...it was to show how the media will slant a narrative, blur a line in their story telling to build their own story, to make a story out of nothing. And yes Fox will do it as well.

And I apologize if that last bit was taken personally. I generally tend to try and clarify statements of "you" to mean in general if it is not clear from the context (as above). I was not directing that specifically towards you.
