That one seems misstated as things like libel, slander, and yelling "Fire" in a theater are obvious exceptions.
Not seeing any misstatement at all:
1) Libel and slander are civil matters, not criminal.
2) Yelling fire in a crowded theater seems contrary to peaceful assembly.

This is a discussion forum. I discussed. Your turn.

Shall we discuss why so many people I talk to are afraid to give a yes or no answer to a simple question?

Are religious freedoms absolute? yes or no?

Why does that matter? They are still valid exceptions to the absolute you stated.

2) Yelling fire in a crowded theater seems contrary to peaceful assembly.
It has nothing to do with assembly and is a limit on free speech.

Forcing someone to act against their religious beliefs as in the case of the OP is not one of those exceptions

Your opinion.

Judges interpretations of the laws and constitution will be all that matters. At least in regards to the United States.

Are you saying that there are exceptions, and in your opinion, this simply is not one of them?

I would like to read it, if possible.

Here you go! :)
Homosexuality And The Bible Photo by arabesque1997 | Photobucket

I hadn't charged my iPad overnight so I just took screenshots from the Kindle app on my laptop for you this morning. The screenshots are not as crisp as they would be on the iPad, but hopefully you can still read them smoothly. I was bouncing in between taking them and responding to email and texts, and I accidentally changed the page size slightly halfway through. I think there's a couple of pages of overlap because of that, where part of a passage is repeated on the next page.

All men are fallible...which is why men of God are far ahead of the curve. They rely on Him. On this topic...God has spoken, have ye not read?

So basically, you're better than us; we should listen to you.

Pass.

What case in the OP? No one in the OP is being forced to do anything. Are you sure you are in the correct thread?
