I also don't see a big point in making this a popular vote.
It's not like we actually have a clue as to what is going on on the ground - personally, I think this is an opportunity for Israel to be "spoken free" of the allegations, seeing as how I believe they have nothing to hide. Investigations never hurt.

Israel commits war crimes. Denying that is silly.

Firing on fleeing civilians is a war crime. Denying medical care to wounded civilians is a war crime. Etc.

It seems like there should be some way of proving that Israel is targeting neighborhoods that have fired rockets recent to the attack.

I don't believe Israel starts off shooting into innocent neighborhoods.
Maybe after sometime, they just don't care.

The acclaimed Iron curtain should be able to pin point where the rockets came from, then alternately, they should be able to pinpoint where the Israeli missles hit.

Of course, those that have decided Israel is the blame for all, won't care.

There are "war crimes" in any conflict - in fact Menachem Begin and Yitzhak Shamir were 2 Israel prime ministers who were leaders of Jewish terrorist groups during the 1940's.
