Well, except for the Buddhists who have an atheistic religion. I'm guessing they don't believe religion is false.

Religious people usually only believe that their own religion is true and other religions are false. I'm not certain how that is different.

I have respect for you. Respecting you doesn't mean that I have to agree with you. I can disagree with your beliefs and yet respect you as a person.

Two points:
1) Trying to paint all atheists with the same brush is being prejudicial. Some are proud, some are not. You can't just write off the differences between people.
2) I don't see what point you're trying to make... Religious people think Atheism is false. You're either a Theist or an Atheist, holding one position means you don't hold the other... there's no discourse there at all.

I have a great deal of respect for many people, religious or not. I don't respect religion though, as I think it's a very destructive force in society... but I judge people based on the content of their character more than anything. Most people are good people, and I don't care what their religious beliefs are.
