CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Most ridiculous, dishonest thing I have ever read. Really bad. If this is the path that these "teachers" are taking the MJ movement then all is lost.

That's not the stuff I've been hearing. Of course, I don't listen to everybody, but I do follow about 15 different teachers from all over and none of them are teaching that stuff, save for the part about how bad RT is. That's the only thing I could agree with. (Note, I only fully read portions of what's there, skimming the rest for interest.)

Without going to the link yet, I think the problems have been more in line with not knowing the scriptures i.e., Joel 3:2 etc.... or listening to someone teach the lies of replacement theology, and not reading the Bible for one's self. When the word "His land" appears in the Bible it is Israel and insanely some try to replace church for that, but that is so ridiculous as scriptures make it clear, His land, and His people, and His Book are all one!
If we would stop, listen and learn we would see that we are to befriend Jews and be ever vigilant in not dividing the land of Israel. Too late on the scattering of His people (diaspora) Everytime the Jews offer an olive branch for peace, that same branch is used to beat them with.

Are you referring to the Middle Ages treatment of the Jews? or the relationship between the Jews and the church today?

99.9% sounds great. however the Jews are the very ones that gave the first blows with beatings.
Is it required for the Jews to believe upon the Messiah Jesus of Nazareth as of right now or the last 2000 years? His life on earth was for a light to the gentiles. Even thought Saul of Tarsus steals this title from the Messiah. The house of judah (outside of the main tribe of judah) was always considered the sojourners and the strangers in the camp of israel although they were clearly divided. This alone denys beliefs in philosophy/theology because salvation by his covenant has ALWAYS been offered to gentiles that joined in the camp. Remember the prophecy of Jacob ( Israel ) in genesis 49 that Judah will Bind his foal unto the vine, and his ass's colt unto the choice vine. Again genesis 9:27 God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem. In order to walk in the tents of shem the gentile nation will and must take hold of the covenant that he made with all mankind. Again mentioned in the Torah that outsiders are allowed under the conditions of that very covenant. Noah, Abaraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses. They all had the same covenant from G-D (MY COVENANT G-D calls it). King Solomon in Proverbs writes that wisdom (Covenant, Laws) before the world was created "was there". These same laws where the basis for the earth as we know it now and heaven as we will see it. And Jesus gives the gentiles a way in to be a seed to that same nation and covenant. He fulfills the Levitical laws Chapter 25 with the purchased of servants outside of the camp of Israel. And the rainbow G-D told Noah would be a sign to all generations. That same rainbow was seen by John when he visioned the throne of G-D. Revelation 4:3 "there was a rainbow round about the throne" Which tells me that the same "My Covenant" is still available today for all who will take hold of it.
However as only Jews (apostles) witnessed that the Messiah was wisked away to heaven he will return for the Jewish nation to make them whole by declaring himself king and fullfilling there faith. As is is written in the Book of Revelation 14:12 "here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." Commandents AND Faith, both must be done to make one whole. The non-covenant faith only believer, will be left with no law therefore not made whole because they took a faith only approach.
While these very believers look for an antichrist, the Jews look for a Messiah. The Messiah will bring back the laws to the Jewish nation giving them peace. The others will be declaring an antichrist due to these laws and ordainances.
REVELATION 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
The door is open to the world through Christ.

I'm not sure what you mean: is MJ really about this? Not really, we don't point fingers at RCC or any other type congregation as being wrong. Everybody has some things wrong, and everybody has some things right. We are well aware that we (MJ/G) don't have all the right answers, but we're trying (as is, I'm sure, every other denomination). We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about Messianic Judaism, just be specific in your questioning.

I kinda got the impression that the author doesn't like the RCC. I don't know if those people claim to be Messianic or not. If they do, just like any other denomination, you have to be careful. There are good guys out there in cyberland, and there are alot of not so good guys out there too.
