  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Here's Scripture to mull over while you think on that:
"And even to your old age I am He; and even to hoar (white) hairs will I carry you; I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry , and will deliver you." Isaiah 46:4
"Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory." Psalm 73:24
"Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words, and my Father will love him, and We will come unto him, and make our abode with him." John 14:23

Near the end of the Bible, in the Book of Revelation, we read," Behold! The tabernacle of God is with man." At the end, after everything is over, God has made a Covenant that He will abide with converted man forever.

"Even so, come, Lord Jesus."

Julian of York
"And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever." Isaiah 32:17
"For thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory, and honor, and power. For thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created." Revelation 4:11

PS When you said," You will always be glad and have joy", I am sorry to differ with you. As a matter of fact, Paul said "That through much tribulation we shall enter the Kingdom." Peter said,"Think it not strange, concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you." And Christ said,"If they do these things in a green tree, what will they do unto a dry?" Please remember that we should EXPECT trouble...otherwise, you will think something weird is happening to you!

bear the burden of the gospel. it is not free. god rewards.

It is free.

Jesus says take my yoke it is easy.

Any burden is trying to fit the Gospel into secular thinking.

God is not looking for bounty hunters - there is no 'reward'.

God's grace is free - all you have to do is accept the free offer.

the burden of the gospel is anything that helps increasing the kingdom. for example, financial support if need be or proclaiming the Word to other nations...
and for all that, we shall be rewarded when jesus comes back

'whoso shall break one command is guilty of them all. all mankind were therefore subject to sin, until faith came. what God promised to abraham 430 years ago was going to be true, all nations would be blessed in the seed of abraham. and then jesus came in fashon as a child of a human mother. the holy spirit covered mother mary and the baby jesus was conceived. therefore the sin of the garden was not handed down to him. was it?
