CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

What's funny is that Atheists who use science to prove Atheism are a lot like Theists who use science to prove Theism. They both look at the same universe of evidence, and draw metaphysical conclusions from it. That's all well and good, but neither the position of Atheism nor the position of Theism is scientific. Both are philosophical. The fact of the matter is that the scientific method and the data gathered by using it belongs to all of us. Theists, Atheists, and everybody in between.

I hope you are trolling and don't actually think that proves anything. You know that water is reused as it goes through the natural cycle of evaporation, rain, drinking, peeing, soaking into the ground, evaporation... your graphic only makes sense if the water is destroyed after it is used.

Haha, schmoopy's reply was funnier than the pic itself. Especially since humans haven't been around 3 billion years for it to be true, let alone a constant rate of 7 billion of them. Other than that, seems like a conclusive study
