IF evolution was a real science, we would not still be having this debate today. The fact that this argument has not be eliminated only proves that evolution is not a science. It will still be argued til the end times.

I just want it out of the schools and into it's own church where it belongs.

The fact that people refuse to look at or accept the evidence put before them in regards to evolution in no way gives any value to creationism. It's not like if you can put your fingers in your ears, close your eyes and ignore the truth long enough that it somehow gives value to your own irrational beliefs.

no, it's the old 'you don't know what words mean' argument. I would hope your intelligence level is sufficient to know the basic meanings of everyday words like 'religion' and be able to use them properly.

So does the fact that people are still debating the validity of Christianity mean that it's not true? There are some people who still think the solar system is geocentric, does that mean that the sun does go around the earth? Because if it was really science, everyone would be in agreement, right?

There's nothing stopping people from arguing that 2+2=5 if they think their holy text tells them to think it is - they just become less and less relevant as time goes on. Can't reason someone out of a stance they didn't reason themselves into, so those with the ability to reason shake the dust from their feet and move on, to borrow a phrase.

well the first part is blatantly false, as many 'bible thumpers' as you call them have major problems with science because it actively disproves what is written in their holy book.

real science doesn't....it lines up perfectly. And there are more than a few real scientist who are not comfortable with evolution...so the world of science does not completely agree with evolution.

When science goes beyond the boundaries of observation then it is no longer science. It is theory at best...and I am being nice.
