You're right, that's why your President is elected by a single Judge, rather than a general election.
Good point.
You realise, of course, that a Judge is required to strike down unconstitutional laws?
As a matter of opinion. A Judge is just one person with an opinion. I can think of how the history of your nation was cursed with the judgment of just one man time and time again.
That judges exist the US deems unconstitutional laws to be antithetical to its foundation? That the majority cannot vote in an unconstitutional law?
The majority can write a new amendment to the Constitution.
Persecution of Christians? Now, I'm not a US citizen, so maybe I missed the concentration camps and outlawing of Churches and free worship.
The Concentration camps came after ghettoization. Gay Rights advocates are ghettoizing Christians quite vociferoulsy and effectively. "You can be a Christian, as long as you only talk in your places of exclusive community."
Gays rebelled against that at Stonewall to protect their rights to youthful prostitutes and the Christians are slotted to be in the vacated closets of the GLBT's. It's eerily fascinating to watch happen.
Want a college degree? You better submit to Gay Authority.
So, tell me, in what possible way are Christians being persecuted?
Labeling Christian holiness as a hate crime and driving the concerns of Christians underground is persecution. It is happening.
How does the Proposition 8 affect opposite-sex Christian couples in any way, shape, or form? How does its repeal affect them?
It makes the morality and holiness of Christian marriage and behavior hate speech and intolerance and a crime. It puts Gay Authority uber alles.
If Bill and Ted get married, are you and your wife going to therefore file for divorce?
We haven't yet in 21-years. The repugnant behavior of others shouldn't effect a strong Christian marriage. BUT, the Gay Agenda wants our children. With drooling demands it wants our children to be them.
Being the President, I daresay he has some say in how the country is run.
Good point. We Christians tried to tell our countrymen we were electing a monster and finally, they are waking up.
