I am on here almost everyday, and I pay attention.

I also know common trends in my country, but I don't interview every person.

Most mods will stay mods (if they choose). The majority will respect them for there previous position. Of course there will be a few with grudges, but my goodness, you couldn't of made a grudge with that many people. No one is going to vote a mod out unless they deserve it. Notice I said vote a mod out. That is my stance. Don't put them all out and start a new vote, then of course it will turn into a popularity chaos.

But keep the mods here and only replace those that the majority of the site disapprove of, which Erwin will end up doing.
I am here every day too, for several hours each day, why would your opinion about what the majority thinks be any more accurate than mine?

It's certainly an effective way to reach them.
I am not talking about non-believers. I am talking about people that have backslidden after knowing the truth and create their own Christianity.

CF is sure heading that way, isn't it? We wouldn't want to offend anyone by quoting Scripture or upholding a Creed? Naw, let's be post-modern and use reason and throw the Bible off to the side?

Erwin has joined the new craze among Christians; he's emergent and post-modern.

My opinion: avoid fellowship with those who wish to reject the inerrancy of Scripture.
CF have already been down that road . I am simply trying to warn it against going there again

Obviously there is debate about no more Christians only section and whatnot.

There are those (such as myself) who do not like the fact that that will be no more. I do not like change.

Does this mean that I will tell a non-Christian that they're going to hell? No. Does this mean that I will leave the site because of this? Been thinking about it. Does this mean that I think myself better because I am Christian? No. Does this mean that there will be complete and utter chaos because of changes? I think so.

As individuals, we all have responsibility over our own posts. Keeping these posts on the straight and narrow will maintain the Christian values of the site. In my view, we do this and pray for discipleship to work through everyone else.

9As Jesus went on from there, he saw a man named Matthew sitting at the tax collector's booth. "Follow me," he told him, and Matthew got up and followed him. 10While Jesus was having dinner at Matthew's house, many tax collectors and "sinners" came and ate with him and his disciples. 11When the Pharisees saw this, they asked his disciples, "Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and 'sinners'?"
12On hearing this, Jesus said, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 13But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.'[a] For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners."

He calls a sinner into his service, and he eats with sinners.

16"To what can I compare this generation? They are like children sitting in the marketplaces and calling out to others:
17" 'We played the flute for you,
and you did not dance;
we sang a dirge
and you did not mourn.' 18For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, 'He has a demon.' 19The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, 'Here is a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and "sinners." ' But wisdom is proved right by her actions."
and Jesus knew who would follow Him, who would repent.
I am a sinner, but I am saved. Washed clean in the blood of the lamb.
No one is saying don't spend time with those who are not saved. Do it whenever you feel like it. have you or are you just one of those types who say, but do not do?
I serve God, just as the Holy Spirit guides me.
But we who have private sanctuaries would have liked to keep them that way.

We are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers.
What does light have in common with darkness?

I think what I said still applies. Do you think shunning them will convince them of your point?

Not for much longer, most likely. Happy Birthday.
Did CF just become seeker-friendly? It now exists for the world at large instead of for Christians? Has it gone the way of the evangelical church in this country? I hope not.

!!! LISTEN !!!

This is a time of flux. A time of passion.

Please. Try not to say something you'll regret in the morning.

Please. Try not to hold something against a friend that was said in the heat of the moment.

Yes, air your griefs, your jubilations. Just think first. Count to 10, and re-read your post before hitting submit.

They certainly are not, but they still are not allowed to vote in our churches.
This site isn't a church, it is a forum. The police in the US aren't all Christian, but we don't complain, (much). As long as they keep order, thats all that we expect of them, Christian or not.
