CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Was about 2 years ago, we flew to Durban for a course.
Am hoping to fly sometime this year to Cape Town to see a friend of mine.

For my children to grow up, finish college, marry someone perfectly suited for them, have children, and come to visit us for holidays and weekends, because we all get along like good families should. (I don't come from that kind of family. So, although this may sound silly to you, it is honestly my dream. And I hope and pray that it will happen that way and I will live long enough to see and enjoy it. )

Yes - The best man at the Wedding I was in yesterday. It was at the beach and he lost his tie before pictures were complete. Another groomsmen had to share his tie with him... he was not happy...

A selfless person who doesn't do things for others for the glory but because it's the right thing to do. My heros are my DH, DS, DD1 & DD2.
