Though some may think these words a lie
Despised, of little worth
Let judgement lead their pride to die
And raise to second birth
I speak of that I see is wrong
As watchmen in The Lord –Eze.33:-
I sing in truth the Master’s song
It’s He; who wields the sword
In Christ these lowly eyes can see
Through faith, salvation’s mine
In Him I judge to set you free
With God’s true scales and line
I know in truth what Jesus said
I know the facts so well
But are we not to judge the dead?
To save a soul from hell
At first I thought it too my friend
Is mine to judge this way
But now I fear no more the end 1Cor.6:3
Nor wrath on judgement day
I need to do what must be done
For this in Christ I live
To glorify the Father’s Son
With all He’s had to give
So with these words my God I serve
I pray not one would waste
Though you may think I’ve too much nerve
Don’t throw them down in haste
They may not meet your every need
But in the Lord I pray
Allow them grow as precious seed
And let God judge my way…
