Believers wanting to give credence to the evolution theory that has never been proven should take pause. It is still being modified and certain assumptions that they have labelled as "facts", are being changed to "better assumptions", hence, not proven yet.

John 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me....46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me; for he wrote of me. 47 But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?
So either death was brought in the world because of one man's sin, or God was being vain in Christ Jesus because death was already in the world before Adam & Eve to lay the blame on them for Him to have that final victory over for us.
1 Corinthians 15:21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive....25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
See? If death was already in the world, the Adam's sin is not to blame and there would be doubt over the final victory over death because it can come from somewhere else and not because of sin.
