Which is real?

We live in two worlds, a dual existence in separate dimensions. The dream world and real world. In one we reign supreme, we are gods, and can be whatsoever we wish to be; a place where no limits, no rule applies. In the other we are ordinary, bound by rules, restrained by nature, limited by will. Here we can only do so much as physically and mentally calibrated.
In one world we are a model of the other. Who we truly are in the metaphysical is reflected in our persona. It is an irony. We are more real within ourselves than we appear to be in the physical. If not debunking the physical as the real world.
These worlds are symmetrical and complement each other, where either if excessively populated triggers an imbalance of the norm. For instance, the source of every action can be either subjective or objective, regardless of what the source is, there is always a parallel effect. Emotions are felt inwardly, but are outwardly manifested, just as pain inflicted outwardly, are emotionally felt. If the anomaly should occur where one solely relies on being subjective or objective, the results of these excessiveness are mostly inexplicable, such are the likes of schizophrenics, psychopaths/sociopaths, extremist, junkies, rapist, misfits and lots more.
There is a thin line that separate realism from illusion; and although it is healthy to delve into these two worlds, it is dangerous to pitch a tent on any. Maintaining a defined structure of these two worlds takes the power of will, but that is only a trifling sum of the solution. Grace is the key to resolving a paradigm as subtle as this. Only grace can sustain man not to lose the balance in a world that is beautiful and perfect yet unstable and preserve. Pray for grace.
