Where Christ remains despised
How is your precious soul today?
What essence fills your heart?
What will the King of Heaven say?
When from this life you part
Best take care which road you follow
Which door you open wide
Let your end be free of sorrow
Let Jesus be your guide?
Kiss Salvation whilst He’s near
Why be a fool and die
Let life’s King remove all fear
While rescue hovers nigh
Spare regard “The Light” now failing
Perceive falling away
While countless churches are ailing
Seek Jesus while you may
True knowledge, is wisdom crying
God’s grace, God’s endless love
God’s offer, full life supplying
Perpetually above
Request God’s Promise Forever
Receive Life’s Ghost divine
Councillor of each endeavour
Grafted in Heaven’s Vine
