Where Souls Are Dull

Where souls are dull hearts fail to see
God’s Truth we fail to hear
So though hell’s road runs wide and free
Most think there’s nought to fear

“There is no God” the fool will say
“No Heaven and no hell”
So many walk the same old way
Believing all is well

But Jesus died for all mankind
Even for fools as these
He’ll heal the sick, save the lost and blind
Who’ll humbly bend their knees

Its there, where Jesus makes us wise
Where Jesus gives us sight
Where first God opens wide our eyes
To see His Truth & Light

From darkness God has saved me
No more am I deceived
From countless things He’s set me free
And through His Son reprieved

O for a thousand tongues to sing
A million hands to raise
To bless my Lord praise Christ my King
Throughout my lifelong days

But still His name’s to glorify
His presence to reveal
I’ll show the world God’s Son on high
Is still on earth to feel

He’s here He’s there He’s everywhere
In Heaven high above
He’s in the world God’s grace to share
And give us all His love
