Hello again everyone! Sorry this place just keeps slipping from my mind. I do eventually find my way back though! Soooo where have I been???
I've been loving and living life! We no longer live directly on the river but a few minutes away. We have a very nice apartment now, no spiders or ants or cold drafts to worry with. My daughter Angela, recently turned ten. Can ya believe it?!?! TEN years old! She's just little miss sweet heart as always. I can say that because I haven't seen her in almost a month.
She's been staying with her Granny this Summer..I always promised Granny when I felt she was old enough then I'd let her go. So that's where she is. Her friends here ask about almost daily. They miss her so. I'm so happy that she finally has friends. When she's home she heads out as their school bus arrives and stays gone until dark. She's growing up, hard to imagine..Guess that's what they're supposed to do.
So we changed location. I still work with my friend C. I have to leave in a few to go prepare lunch and maybe blow some bubbles with her. The Lord has blessed me with amazing network friends and also an awesome camera! I wish I could tell everyone where to find me but I can't recall the rules here. I'll have to see about updating the profile or something.
Anyway, basically, I've been enjoying my time back with the Lord. Still don't feel comfortable around church and pastors but I stopped forcing that. My daughter has a wonderful church she attends on Wednesdays when she's home, that is.
Also the Lord blessed me with an amazing camera for my birthday! I'd just learned the basics of photography when my camera broke, actually on my baby's birthday. Which was very sad. But, I now have a camera I could only drool over before so I love,love,love taking pictures of babies,children,animals, and nature!
My writing is here and there. No real income to speak of but if I can be a blessing to someone, that's really what I want.
As some of you know, I've been through trials, and traumas, tragedies, and suffering that I wouldn't wish on anybody ever, but through it all God was there, holding my hand. He ever so gently guided me back to His side. In fact.........drum roll please...............The book that began in 2007 has picked back up where it left off! I'll be finishing it up soon I hope and then it will be available for all to read...
I have a blog, myspace, twitter, face book, etc....so since I can't recall the rules here, why not just Google me, mrslisae! Actually with twitter I had to go with mrslisaelis...Oh and you can also find me through searching loving mind expressions....
That's all for now, hopefully I can keep a closer watch on this blog...My memory is quite full with challenges right now! I've been pressing forward and really trying to make my thirties my twenties..My childhood years, teen years, and twenties were stolen from me, I don't intend to let my thirties slip by too!
