I remember one day as I attended funeral service, a certain old woman who was persistently whimpering . As she raised her hands , she seemed to be pledging directly with God .

One day I asked my paster the same question .but he seemed not clear with his answer . Perharps He's waiting for one person to repent and turn back to Him. He managed to say that .
