Where did the universe come from? Obviously, as the universe is something, and something cannot come from nothing, God MUST have created the universe, otherwise it wouldn't be here. Now therein lies the problem. According to this logic, God - being something, had to have come from nothing. The argument that God created the universe is completely circular when you think about it. I was just wondering what everyones thoughts were on this, because I find it to be a particularly thought provoking matter.
