(After reading Hebrews 2:1-4)
This salvation first announced by the Lord:
that He the Lamb of God for sinners wore
all guilt for sin, it on the Cross bore,
so by repentance we live evermore.
Evermore, rescued for the promised place,
that new Earth and Heaven where Christ shall reign.
In so great a salvation, we walk, await
our redemption, entrance fully paid.
