I can't say I've really missed much. There have been a few things and maybe a couple of people I've thought of, but, other than that, spending a lot less time here has been a net gain.
I spent some time reading Dark Night of the Soul by St. John of the Cross--as well as some other material. I also spent more time with the computer OFF.
In a few hours, we'll be taking off on vacation to visit relatives in Kentucky. This is not what I really wanted to do, but my Dad's getting old and I want to make sure he has every opportunity to see my kids. So, it'll be two more weeks totally away from here.
After that, I think I'll drop in from time to time in various forums that I find I can handle.
