How great is The One inside me
My Lord God my King
Who satisfies, who set me free
Salvation's song to sing
Because of sin, my filth my shame
My wanton way life of strife
He chose my heart, this bony frame
To grant new birth to Life!
If inside me, how do I know?
This! You may enquire
Through faith, love's grace, my heart's aglow
Like virgin snow, full fire
Sounds crazy! Perhaps it may seem
Ere new birth I'd agree
But now in me flows a living stream
If only you could see
But Jesus alone gives us eyes
Hearts full fire and light
A spirit once fooled, sound and wise
With fortitude to fight
God knows life’s beginning and end
The way we choose to go
To what, to whom knees will bend
God knows my friend I know
I feel the change, I know I’m right
Power pulsates within
God Kingdom comes, like liquid light
Revealing every sin
So blessed is each in Jesus hand
Within love’s arms held wide
Who’ll seek, who’ll find, who’ll understand
To leap, walk, crawl inside.....
