When whiling in Satan's near
Man thinks today to be
So clever, devoid of fear
Hell's foolishness, to flee
From sin, each shameful disaster
Walking near to light
Both now till the hereafter
Devils we'll put to flight
But near to light does not suffice
Life's golden crown to win
In a second, less than a trice
Death's loathsome web could spin
When Christ stretched out, His blood soaked hands
To sinners far and wide
Through Israel , all foreign lands
Through faith, best come inside
But who from those failing, falling
Will Satan's ploys deny?
Will heed Salvation calling
Until the day they die
Will you my friend consider now
God's living book to read
Through faith your knees, to God's Lamb bow
A sinless life to lead
This! Is God's promise us given
Through Christ life's risen Door
When this life's short journey's striven
Eternity, stands fore
Bear these things, where troubled in mind
Where doubt its head could raise

Look to THE ANCIENT OF DAYS.....
