Its God’s desire for us to live
To walk in peace and love
To have the guarantee He’ll give
For endless joy above
Who will ascend God’s holy hill?
Who can appease The Lord?
Who’ll accomplish His perfect will?
And life’s great boast afford
Who’ll on The Wind of Heaven Soar?
Who hears His guiding voice?
Receive God’s promise evermore
Enraptured to rejoice
Who’ll stand when others fall and fail?
Who’ll stand though death draws nigh
Who’ll fast and pray for those in jail
Heaven their souls to buy
Not with silver and not with gold
No jewel or precious thing
But true in spirit praying bold
Beneath Salvation’s Wing
Forgiving neighbour’s their every sin
Fulfilling Heaven’s law
Mercy for all mankind to win
So blessings of God may pour
With contrite heart and humble soul
Regarding not the past
Helping others to reach their goal
Before the trumps last blast
Truthful in word faithful in thought
Obedient to The King
