Developing a Tongue like a Double Edged Sword
God likes Glory. Glory may be victory on a Battlefield. Glory is David standing up to, and slaying, blasphemer Goliath. Glory is an artist creating a work of art through God's Spirit that stands the test of time. Glory is a new born child. These things are Glorious. God likes Glory.
In this post I will show some of what God has shown me about having a tongue like a double edged sword and speaking words of God.
Make God Intrinsic
My audience for this is more a baptized Christian with some background and study with the Bible. The first thing to be done, is breaking down alone somewhere, like in your bedroom, getting on your knees, and making yourself meek before God. You need pray. God likes glory. Would you to offer your life to bring God Glory? To allow Jesus to work through you? Pray for that in meekness and humility?
Some Christian denominations teach a Post Modern Mush god. God Almighty is not a Post Modern Mush god. God Almighty is the creator of the Heavens and the Earth, who lead Israel out of captivity, who had them walk 40 years in the wilderness, who brings his judgement on the wicked, and sent the world his only begotten son Jesus Christ. God is hard. You read the New Testament from an Old Testament understanding without any Post Modern Ideological judgement. Someone is not working to change God to fit who they would like him to be, but being humble before God, and moving themselves and their heart and soul to God.
God is love. (1 John 4:8) God's love is sacrificial. (John 15:13) The Lord is a man of war. (Exodus 15:3)(Matthew 10:34-39)
Thumos is Righteous Anger. A man needs to Tune his Thumos or character to God's character. He loves what God loves. He loves righteousness and goodness. He feels anger at wickedness. This is a process that may take several months.

The Holy Ghost is a teacher and a Councilor. A man may be able to Tune Their Thumos to God's Spirit through Bible Study, Prayer, Trials, and watching and listening to manly media.

In the US and Western Culture, what is manly? Johnny Cash was manly? He originally wanted to be a gospel singer. He ended up singing more secular music. Around the 1950's Rock Music came on the scene and manliness, for many, ended up associated with Rock Music and the lifestyle. Something, a perception, was stolen away from the Churches. Manliness became associated with Drugs, Sex, and Rock and Roll for many.

I watched many videos, and made many such arrangements of videos through the Spirit of God over the last few years. It is something I enjoyed, and I did so with repetition. That is, anything I posted, I have watched through many times. God showed me things and taught me, and I tuned my Thumos. This process may only take a couple weeks given someone is really working on it and motivated.
When a man talks to someone about God, it needs to be through The Spirit of God, and from his Thumos. God and God's Kingdom are intrinsic to him. They are on the inside. I am getting ready to teach or reveal some things. The most important part is making God intrinsic. Man Tuning his Thumos to God. Loving God with your heart and soul.
