Hi Father
Had two moments of pain today as You know. But also the day was good, thank you for the good things dear Father. With one of the times of pain please continue to heal my heart where it needs to be healed, You have been helping me so much with that, thank you. With the other Lord I do ask for and trust You for grace and strength and wisdom from You to sustain me through it. You know it all. You know and it is a help and comfort to me that You do.
Forgive my reckless words today, I knew what I meant but didn't come out very well.
I am tired now, big day tomorrow so will try and sleep now. Thank you for being there and for a calm week compared to last week, I really appreciate it.
