If you have a stuffy nose, and you are blowing your nose and using nasal spray a lot daily, do not overdo it. Do not blow your nose more than 3-4 times a day, and follow the instructions on how to used the nasal spray. If the instructions on the nasal spray says used at least 2 nasal spray shots in each nostril. Do not used used it more than 2 times on each nostril because it'll only makes the nose stuffier, worst, and uncomfortable.
