Delusion says that life is well
Once dead there’s nothing more
So fools assume there is no hell
And seek the devil’s door
Each one that Satan has enticed
Could lose the chance to live
Yet who accept the living Christ
The Lord will still forgive
For only Christ and Christ alone
Can take away the shame
Can melt the heart now made of stone
And save us from the flame
For Jesus’ blood has set us free
To God we’re perfect jewels
His smiling face we’re bound to see
Whilst hell remains for fools
For souls in hell there’s no appeal
Atonement’s far too late
Do not be fooled the devil’s real
And wants to share his fate
The bible’s true God cannot lie
Though some may live in doubt
One day they’ll know the reason why
They sit in hell and shout
