"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." (Genesis 1:1)
"In the beginning..."
"...God createad..."
"...the heavens and the earth."
The Word then is where all things find their origin! And what of the process of creating matter and the things from matter, how is this accomplished? When we investigate the word 'create' it finds its roots from the Latin 'crescere' meaning 'crescent'; from the Anglo-French 'crestre' to grow; and akin to Old High German 'hirsi' millet, Lithuanian 'serti' to feed, and the Greek 'koros' boy. In short these words give us the idea of growth threw nurturing. And where is the word which creates all other words nutured? Before words come out of the mouth, they are housed in the heart, and within the heart is the mind which is the spirit, and the spirit is housed within the soul. For the Word is the Soul which lives and the spirit is the nature or force within the soul. As the student is directed by the teacher; the body is directed by the spirit; and, the spirit is directed by the soul. From here we can understand why some men think matter and time to be eternal as all things are derived from the 'word'. If all words came from the Word and the Word is Eternal, then would not matter and time be eternal? If so or not so then how do we go about proving this? Simple: Once the Word of God who is God had finished planning all that He sought to carry out in His Mind, "In the beginning..." as I stated earlier means that eternity which was without beginning or end was given what it did not formerly have, thus, being effectively removed from the dwelling of God which is in eternity. This means that until one is subjected to an existence which one at first did not have then one will remain in their current state at the last; for example, until one is subjected to death one will always have life. If Life begets life then Death begets death; but, how then does Death live? Death lives because of Life and yet is opposed to it and itself; whereas Life gives life to Death and itself; and is opposed to Death but not itself. With this same logic we can conclude that Truth begets truth and Falsehood begets falsehood; and, as Death is contrary to Life and itself so too is Falsehood contrary to Truth and itself; whereas Truth is contrary to Falsehood but not to itself. We have another principle from nature, namely, duality. Here we encounter the 'Liar's Paradox':"This sentence is false" or, "All Cretans are liars."
Applying the duality argument we see that this statement contradicts itself as it is true that it is false or, that it is a lie; and yet, it is true that this statement is false so, which is it? Many would have one to believe that it never ends but, if this were so then how could judges give judgments in court and, similarly how could one ever come to a conclusion? For those who say that that the 'Liars Paradox' never ends have proven themselves to be liars as they have reached a conclusion about that which they formerly said has no conclusion! We may solve this problem through logic which, the word itself is Greek for 'word' or 'reasoning'. As I proved that from the Word came all words, and these words are summed up in the Word, so too can duality be summed up into singularity; so, in conclusion the 'Liar's Paradox' is false since it is contrary to itself and to the truth: for though the 'Liar's Paradox began as true its end proved to be false. Let us then not be of a double mind but, be that of a single mind and guide our actions in a straight path beginning with the end in mind. By this I mean that if we wish our end conclusion to be true then we must be sure that our beginning premise is true.
In conclusion...
We have conclusive evidence that all things have been been nurtured and grow in the mind of God and that He put into His heart what He wished to create and breathed it into existence through the Word of His mouth. And all things originate from the Word of God for He was, is, and will always be the Word that gives Life and Death to all His creations. And since God was not created He cannot be destroyed: He has no beginning nor end; He is eternal and not finite; immortal and not mortal; life and not death. His creations can only produce each after their own kind and are not gods or goddesses unless made to be so by God; so, all His creations can be destroyed, have a beginning and an end; are finite and not infinite; are mortal and not immortal; and live and die. My fellow men for those who say that God is not the first cause but, instead had a cause which had a cause, ad infinitum, I ask this one question: Seeing as God is the Word and from the Word all other words owe their cause to the Word of words, what is the cause of the Word?
