How often I found myself watching my own thoughts, watching my memories play back like some movie.

How noisy is the mind, like the waves of the sea controls us, carries us off to places we do not wish to go, and shows us things we do not wish to know.
But I have found a secret, a place of peace and contentment, an unshakable sanctuary built upon an immovable rock.
A secret place inside of me, yet I am inside of it.
This place of perfect light, the hidden treasure in a field of weeds, the pearl of great value, of more value than anything external because this gift is eternal, connected to the divine.
It is inside yet outside at the same time.
Powerful yet peaceful, wise yet gentle not boastful.
Nothing hidden nor unknown, yet completely set apart from all that is not pure, where there is no question but just answers and perfect understanding.
Where the essence is pure light, to bask in the presence of the divine is healing in of itself, the very power of life itself, the true animator of life, the source of all that is good and pure, the truest form of love.
The most perfectly pure and powerful one.
The only source of pure truth, where there is no shifting or variance, because perfection doesn’t change.
So true is the source of this gift unchangeable.
