Daffodils and all life’s thrills
Cannot compare to Love that fills
Our heart’s desires, for on that hill
He gave his life, obeyed God’s will.
The love of Christ so satisfies
The hungry soul, to him does cry
In agony o’er all his sin,
And victory o’er sin does win.
The Love of God now lives within
The hungry soul who’s saved from sin,
Who died with Christ, and now he lives
In righteousness and godliness.
The peace of Christ rules in our hearts,
And not from Christ do we depart.
Forgiven now of all our sins,
We walk with Christ in obedience.
