today some things happening on Cf, and things happening in my life, and events happening in the world---all three of these have converged, amazingly, and shown me two pathways.
one pathway leads away---away from CF, away from OBOB as I have known it, and for persecuted Christians away from their homeland.
the other pathway leads right to God. It means staying at Cf, staying in OBOB, and for the persecuted Christians it means staying in their homeland and depending on God for their source of strength and their protection.
Oddly i didn't forsee any of this happening until it broke through , but all three of these things have come together in my life. It's given me a new perspective and a new opportunity to make a solid committment;
even more solid than the committment that i had already made to start RCIA this week.
Maybe it's just a 'last ditch effort' from satan to try and distract me from my chosen course.
If it was, then He lost big time! My decision is made.
I am responsible for how I live out my committment to God.
That committment does not depend upon what others do,
or how they live their lives, or what they believe in.
The only thing that matters is how I run the race of my life,
and that i run it with strength and determination for the glory of God.
