I forget to take a moment and just breathe sometimes. To just reach out to Jesus for a moments rest. To be still and just know. Its a major way of loving myself by being mindful to enter His rest. (Love others as i do myself)To remind myself to be still and know he is Lord. And to top it , im engaging God. Im finding my center and balance. Im revisiting a place of awe in God.
This world can be so toxic. Acidic and corrosive over time if im not mindful of being exposed to it longevity. I can trick myself into enduring it in vain. Loosing sight of enduring the race. My ego says a strong man can handle this and more. When most the time its just senseless to pursue as a child of God. Because the things of this world are perishing if i hang out there to long my mind wonders and loses focus of the kingdom at hand. I leave heaven behind.
I must take a moment and just breathe. Reconnect with Holy spirit. And if im so bold , raise a praise. Make a joyful noise and find myself in an attitude of gratitude.
Salvation is an inside job.
Lord thank you for being the way you are. Your love is a consuming flame. Refining me and remaking me. I get ahead of myself i slip i stumble i forget about you and wonder if you just tolerate me in those times. Forgetting grace. And when i shake off the sillyness i remember your love isnt earned its abundantly given. I accept your love Jesus. I want to decrease so you can increase. I loose it in heaven to be loose on earth.
I pray if anyone is unsure at this moment , tired , just plumb weary , that they take a moment and just breathe and fall into a deeper bond with you. That you profoundly come alive in them and the light becomes the new gravity they take root in. We need your love to be the soil our roots take hold in. That they feel regenerated from the Living Water. They would know what you are offering in its fullness. Jesus you are a cornerstone, a solid rock. Please hear me. Thank you praise and glory are yours. Period. And all the ppl said amen .
