Stresssssssssssssssssssss ss

Do you feel like you are plagued with far too many pressures and demands in life? Deprived from your ooohh so precious sleep because you are terror-stricken about the endless exams and homework? Having to rush, forgetting things in your haste, dealing with vexed people… it’s no FUN! Don’t worry you are not alone! Everyone encounters stress at times- adults, teens, and even kids. I think it’s almost absurd to exist without some stress. Life would be so tedious without any tests and trials. I guess what makes stress so unique because it gives you some spice and excitement. But if stress is not controlled, it can also jeopardize your health, your relationships, and enjoyment of life.
We generally use the term “stress” when we feel that everything seems to have become too much and sometimes we ponder whether we really can cope up with the debilitating tensions bestowed upon us. I believe that stress doesn’t merely come from being preoccupied with paper works, homework, thesis, etc. Stress comes from being preoccupied with the things you don’t want to do or from not preoccupied about thing we do want to do.

Personally, I don’t detest the idea of being busy as long as I love what I’m doing. But ask me to do a task that I hate doing, and that’s the time I immediately feel epinephrine rising. Don’t you just hate it when there are times where in you just want to do a certain task, but circumstances will halt your way like a dead end? No matter how hard you try to find a time for what you want to do, you just can’t seem to have time to do it.

These bothersome feelings come to us because maybe we crave to do something that is not God’s plan for us. Possibly we are forcing are ourselves to accomplish far too many tasks into one day. Another cause of stress is that we fail to notice God’s purpose in common, ordinary tasks. The secret ingredient to de-stressing these repugnant or tedious tasks is to accept that it is God’s will. Our attitude also makes all the difference, we should look to God as our source when are bombarded with storms in life. Our God has been faithful to us will never abandon us in the years to come. Our Sovereign God, God of Peace is the only One who can relieve us of stress. A relationship with Him is our best stress-buster!
