After reading Isaiah 49:13-16…
13 Shout for joy, O heavens; rejoice, O
earth; burst into song, O mountains! For
the Lord comforts his people and will
have compassion on his afflicted ones.
14 But Zion said, "The Lord has forsaken
me, the Lord has forgotten me."
15 "Can a mother forget the baby at her
breast and have no compassion on the
child she has borne? Though she may
forget, I will not forget you!
16 See, I have engraved you on the
palms of my hands; your walls are ever
before me.
Lord, your palms form protective walls;
You have written our names upon them.
We sing psalms, Selah,^
for the comfort of reception.
Though utterly improbable,
should a mother shun, abandon
any child, expose them to trouble,
You are the Abba of our blessed adoption.^^
You say that for each of us
You inscribe a stone.+
I can picture you holding out
a palm for reference.
You won’t let our adopted names
ever be forgotten.
Just as your Name
can be called on any time,
each of ours is kept safe,++
we’ll see ‘em on stones of Paradise.*

case can be made for a distinction between
Heaven & Paradise.
