Ruling the world has always been man`s ultimate desire for power and control. History has revealed the world rulers as, Babylon, the Medes and Persians, (Kurds & Iran), Greece and Rome. There has been no world ruler since then.
In God`s word we know that there will be one final Gentile, (non Jewish) world ruler before God will set up His rulership through Israel. Today we see this coming together amid the turmoil of the nations.
In this series on the Mark I have only focussed on the Economic and Financial aspects of the forming Global Government. The Political aspect will require its own series as to how it will all come together and who will eventually lead the great powers of the world. We see them all jostling for position, however as we read God`s word we are told exactly who, how and when, the final leading power of the Global Government takes power.
