With peace great joy powerful love
Grace; few others have seen
I’ve hope and faith to rise above
Where life has always been
I’ll talk nor live to foolish strife
Walk valleys plagued with death
But to the hills suppressing life
I’ll speak with Heaven’s Breath
Confronting shadows here and there
Armoured from head to toe
Since Jesus’ strength is ours to share
Let’s conquer every foe
Let’s rise and shine, let’s leave behind
The wealth from Satan’s bed
Of which the fruit had warped the mind
And caused to walk as dead
Thank God for faith removing doubt
For healing of the soul
For Heaven’s grace to turn about
So love can make one whole
I’m turning from hell’s wicked ways
From shadows of the night
Leaving behind the devil’s maze
Through Heaven’s guiding Light
I’ve passed the verge of no return
So blessed and lifted up
Since giving God the filth to burn
That filled my earthen cup
For strength beyond death’s dreadful hour
Beyond its gloomy mound
I claim Christ’s blood grace and power
