I have a friend that does all sorts of things!
Zumba one night a week, aerobics, yoga, spinning, pilates.. When we go together, we'll go on the treadmill for about an hour/an hour and a half, then the bikes and lastly use the smaller weights. But it's not very quick...
I lost a lot of weight in the army during basic training.
It wasn't only due to exercise though... we didn't eat as much or sit around, it was constantly moving.
We did have to exercise in the mornings and do sit ups, push ups, crunches, squatting and then it would be followed by running everywhere and scheduled 2 mile runs twice a week.
Then there were all the balance and stretching exercises.
There was also "Krav Maga" if any of you know what that is.
[And ofc, there's the whole "Drop and give me 20!" scenario..]
My favourite "exercise" is still certain sports. I love basketball, volleyball etc.
I still have a lot of weight to lose, but now that I'm out and working, I have no energy when I come home...
I've been procrastinating for about 3 weeks..
You have to decide how much weight you want to lose [I say you don't need to AT ALL, but it's your body!] and then try to figure out what the best workout for you is. Ask the trainers at the gym, even!
There's also running or taking a long walk?
It's always easier for me when exercising outside because it's much more distracting and I can go for longer.
Though again, the faster you're going the more effective.
Do you have a bicycle even?
I loved cycling around the park once it got warmer.
The beginning of Summer is the perfect time.
Don't overdo it though, okay?!
