sleep

had hard night last night, felt very low after spending some time with some people who are well meaning but the subject and situation were very painful unfortunately
but God .. He helped can cry with God and He understands everything

sometimes things are too big to carry by ourselves and we need to give them to God to carry, they are not ours to carry sometimes anyway.
and He lifts the burdens that are too heavy off our shoulders so we can sleep
