This question is not meant to condemn anybody, so let me clarify that right up front. But I was kind of disturbed today when I someone told me they had gotten into sexually explict conversations. Now I have talked to loads of people who are "Christians and have gotten involved with this kind of thing. It always kind of throws me by the number of people who have Christian marked as their religious affiliation. Some people that I have respected, some that I knew by their profile page that they did not mind posting partially clad men or women on their profile pages.
Now I know that people struggle with certain things, I have never struggled with pornography, But I have been tested when a website popped up because I miss typed a web address, However those times are few and very far between. But the very fact that friends of mine men and women alike have fallen prey to porn and cyber sex. It flys in the face of a God who sent His son to die on a cross, shed his blood to cover our sins. And yet we go on living our lives doing what we please and think "I can always ask God to forgive me". That's not the idea! God forgives yes without question in Romans 6:1 we read "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?" 6:2 - God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
What is Christ coming back to? Who is He going to take with him? If you are involved with this I pray you turn your life around and ask the Lord to forgive you and NEVER return to it again.
Jesus said that whoever looks upon a woman with lust in his heart has committed adultery with her already. Meaning thinking about the things you would like to do to people of the opposite, or same sex, is wrong and that you may as well been physical with that person.
Romans 13:12-14 (Amplified Bible)
12The night is far gone and the day is almost here. Let us then drop (fling away) the works and deeds of darkness and put on the [full] armor of light.
13Let us live and conduct ourselves honorably and becomingly as in the [open light of] day, not in reveling (carousing) and drunkenness, not in immorality and debauchery (sensuality and licentiousness), not in quarreling and jealousy.
14But clothe yourself with the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah), and make no provision for [indulging] the flesh [put a stop to thinking about the evil cravings of your physical nature] to [gratify its] desires (lusts).
1 Corinthians 5:11 (Amplified Bible)
But now I write to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of [Christian] brother if he is known to be guilty of immorality or greed, or is an idolater [whose soul is devoted to any object that usurps the place of God], or is a person with a foul tongue [railing, abusing, reviling, slandering], or is a drunkard or a swindler or a robber. [No] you must not so much as eat with such a person.
1 Corinthians 6:18 (Amplified Bible)
Shun immorality and all sexual looseness [flee from impurity in thought, word, or deed]. Any other sin which a man commits is one outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
Colossians 3:5 (Amplified Bible)
So kill (deaden, [a]deprive of power) the evil desire lurking in your members [those animal impulses and all that is earthly in you that is employed in sin]: sexual vice, impurity, sensual appetites, unholy desires, and all greed and covetousness, for that is idolatry (the deifying of self and other created things instead of God).
