Salvation by means of the creation of the Kingdom and resurrection does not mean we as individuals are saved. It means the ability to be 'saved into' now exists. The Adversary and even Legion believed in Jesus, but they are by no means saved. There is no place for adversaries to the will of God in the Kingdom, humans included.

The whole concept of salvation and Jesus' Kingdom to Come parallels the Promised Land of Moses' time.
