(suggestion: read Hebrews 4, which is about entering into God's Sabbath rest)
Let me rest from all considerations
Which come knocking on the door of peace.
Sabbath Day reflects emancipation
From the cares this world may bring.
Breaking bread, op’ning the Word
With the Brethren, and family first.
Please the Lord by faith in this
Resting day, by grace, from works.
Show your works in active faith,
Six tomorrows can carry the weight.
Yet, if you strive for a mercy’s sake,
The love you give shall compensate.
