Reverence the Key to Gods Presence and Power

Reverence the Key to God’s Presence and Power

(Taken from Plans, Purposes, & Pursuits by Kenneth Hagin)

“I bless all of My people as far as I can. But the reason there is not the move of God and the depth of the flow of the Spirit, and the fulness of the manifestation of the Holy Ghost today is because men do not take the time to hear from Me. And they do not take time to follow my plan set forth in the scriptures. The more closely you follow My plan, the more My power will be in demonstration and in manifestation.”
(pg99)

From "Word of Faith" Magazine

“Even when men get my plans”, Jesus said to me that early morning visitation of 1987, “Often times their purposes are wrong. Some people get My plan”, Jesus said. “I speak to them, but in trying to carry out that plan, their purposes become wrong, so I cannot bless them, because man’s purposes and pursuits must be lined up with My plans and purposes for the fulness of My blessing.”
(pg41)

“When it comes to having church, when it comes to services, when it comes to meetings”, Jesus said, “Men make their own plans and then ask Me to bless their plans. I bless them as far as I can, but I cannot put My full approval or blessing upon this because men are pursuing their own plans.”
(pg41)

Jesus said to me in this visitation:
“if the people aren’t taught about spiritual worship, true New Testament worship, they won’t get it. They do not know about true worship. They know a little about praising Me, but nothing about true worship.”

(pg38)

"Whatever we do, it must be done in the Spirit. If the anointing is not there, don’t try to put something on because it will be done in the flesh."

My Final Comments on this Book -- (Alive_Again)

The Plans, Purposes, Pursuits book is so valuable., The Lord gave a special revelation, demonstrated in the Word, so that the church could enter into the worship experience we so crave (Count me in!).

It’s easy to see that the church is being led to some degree by a measure of ignorance.

I can only say this because the Lord witnessed powerfully to this book. I shared some of this (verbally) with a number of people and the anointing was incredible. He does that when He really wants to get His point across. It's like getting a glory bath.

(Kat Kerr said the Father told her that His people will dance. I believe the church will fully incorporate dancing in the Spirit in a great measure. It's edifying to know that there is a readiness by the Holy Spirit for His people to move in the dance.)

The Lord instructs His people to raise their hands and praise Him. You can't clap and raise your hands at the same time.

At the same time, their is a place for clapping, but not as an exchange for praise.
Their is a place for dancing (a lot more than we know!), but not for hopping around in the flesh and grieving the Spirit of God. We should pray to know the difference.

My own pastor rejected this outright.
He continued to instruct the church to clap every service. I even wrote him a letter about it.

In my opinion, this is one of the most beneficial books for the church out there. It's all about bearing more fruit and churches having a stronger anointing.

I'm shocked to hear ministers say, "I've read that". One even said: "He was in my church and preached it."

Why then are we still giving the Lord a big hand?
Why are we not teaching the church about exchanging the brass for the gold? (The book has it the other way around, actually exchanging the gold for brass.)

The Lord said not to judge His church so I won't criticize,
but it still comes back to "Are we willing to exchange some fleshly attributes of charismatic tradition in exchange for a stronger anointing?"

That's the importance of the revelation and we've never previously understood the place of clapping in our lives. The clapping really is a form of a victory celebration.

We can go on "willfully ignorant", or we can enter in.

I'm not any more (or less) saintly than anyone else, but I received a witness to the revelation in the book and I want to walk in it. If the local churches did the same, they would partake as Jesus said we would.
