People are dying everywhere
Still wrapped in rags of sin
They’ll find in Christ they’ll have no share
No crown of life to win
They fail to seek God’s Truth & Way
They fail to seek His Son
But no one fails on judgement day
To see God’s will be done
In death there is the great divide
The bible tells us well
One side reserved for Jesus’ bride
The other, eternal hell
The world awaits what coming must
Yet few seek life beyond
For that’s made will turn to dust
But those who now respond
Respond to Christ, His call to life
React who understand
Respond and end all wars and strife
And take each other’s hand
Reach out in love, with peace in mind
Embrace God’s grace so sweet
Convey His message all mankind
Whilst serving at His feet
The flesh torn feet that walked the earth
That brought us truth and light
That brought release, brought second birth
Brought robes of shining white
Yet fears remain of losing out
Failing to climb life’s hill
Failing in sin through lust and doubt
And through our selfish will…
